About Us

Welcome to Little Munchkins Pumpkin Patch and Farm Activities. We are the Meseke family. We started our little pumpkin patch years ago. Just like a small pumpkin seed that grows into a large pumpkin; likewise our little idea grew into an annual event for families to enjoy.

It started with clearing a small plot of land that was scattered with remnants of Grandpa Theel’s farming days. In his day you saved everything and used it one way or another! The field contained old cars (about 16) turned on their sides along with old bed box springs used as a fence to keep his cattle in. It took 15 dump truck loads to remove his brilliant ingenuity.

Once the field was created, the pumpkins were planted and that fall we put out our open sign. A decade later, with the amazing support of the surrounding communities, we are still open and growing.

Our family also grew to 5 blessed children. Our hope is to continue this patch through them, for many more years of wholesome family fun. We will continue to work hard to provide an environment for you.
